VPMA Summer Conference
Know Before You Go
We are looking forward to seeing you this weekend!
We look forward to seeing you at the VPMA 2025 Annual Conference, which will be held August 14-17, 2025 at the Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront Resort. The address is: 4201 Atlantic Avenue, Virginia Beach, Virginia.
REGISTRATION: The Registration Desk will be open throughout the conference. It will be located in the Seaside Prefunction on the 2nd Floor of the Marriott. When you arrive at the conference, please visit the Registration Desk to pick up your packet and nametag.
DPM Sessions: The educational sessions will be held Thursday through Sunday in Salons A-C on the 2nd floor of the Marriott. Please refer to the agenda for specific talk times.
CE Credit: The Virginia Podiatric Medical Association has been approved by the Council on Podiatric Medical Education as a provider of continuing education in podiatric medicine. The Virginia Podiatric Medical Association has approved this activity for a maximum of 25.6 continuing education contact hours. *Participants will be required to sign in daily to claim credit.
SUNDAY LAB: Preregistration is required for the lab. Scan the QR code in the invitation below to register. (Lab does not count towards CE Credit)
Medical Assistant Sessions: The medical assistant sessions will be held on Friday from 8AM - 5PM and on Saturday from 8AM - 12PM in the Goodman Room on the 2nd floor of the Marriott. Please refer to the agenda for specific talk times.
Rad Tech Course: The course will be held Saturday from 9AM - 3:00PM in the Calloway Room. Participants will have a two-hour window to complete the exam on Sunday, with the option to begin anytime between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM (the exam does not need to be taken at the Marriott). Registrants have been sent the study material. If you are registered for the course, and have not received it, please contact smcconnell@ramdocs.org.
EXHIBITORS:
Our wonderful exhibitors will be set up in Salons D&E; we rely on their support to be able to put on great meetings, so please stop by and say hello. Visit the vendors to be entered into one of two raffles for your chance to win a BEATS Bluetooth speaker or Apple AirPods! The raffle will be held on Saturday after the lunch break.
