About the Meeting
The purpose of the event is to promote podiatric medicine and surgery. Primary attendees are Doctors of Podiatric Medicine, Podiatric Medical Assistants and Practice Managers from across the Commonwealth and surrounding areas. We anticipate closet to 200 attendees. As an exhibitor, you’ll have direct access to key decision-makers who are shaping the future of podiatric care in Virginia.

Product Theater Opportunities
The VPMA Summer Conference offers your company an exclusive opportunity to host a Non-CME Product Theater — a dedicated session designed to showcase your products, services, or innovations to podiatrists.
Your company may bring in a speaker of your choice to deliver a focused presentation highlighting the clinical and practical value of your offerings. The Product Theater provides a unique, unopposed platform for engagement, allowing for direct interaction, questions, and meaningful discussion.
Opportunities include two "Coffee Chats" during breakfast on both Friday and
Saturday mornings and two “Lunch & Learns” during the lunch break on both
Thursday and Friday.
What to Expect
Ample Networking Breaks: All conference breaks will be held in the exhibit area to maximize traffic and interaction.
Exclusive Vendor Raffle: Attendees who visit all vendor booths will be entered into a raffle for exciting prizes—driving engagement and booth visits.
