VPMA Summer Conference

We look forward to seeing you at the VPMA 2026 Annual Conference, which will be held August 20-22, 2026 at the Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront Resort. The address is: 4201 Atlantic Avenue, Virginia Beach, Virginia.

REGISTRATION: The Registration Desk will be open throughout the conference. It will be located in the Seaside Prefunction on the 2nd Floor of the Marriott. When you arrive at the conference, please visit the Registration Desk to pick up your packet and nametag.

DPM Sessions: The educational sessions will be held Thursday through Saturday in Salons A-C on the 2nd floor of the Marriott. Please refer to the agenda for specific talk times. 

CE Credit: The Virginia Podiatric Medical Association has been approved by the Council on Podiatric Medical Education as a provider of continuing education in podiatric medicine. The Virginia Podiatric Medical Association has approved this activity for a maximum of 25 continuing education contact hours. *Participants will be required to sign in twice each day to claim credit. 

Medical Assistant Sessions: The medical assistant sessions will be held on Friday from 8AM - 5PM and on Saturday from 8AM - 12PM in the Goodman Room on the 2nd floor of the Marriott. Please refer to the agenda for specific talk times. This program has been CAPMAC accredited through ASPMA for 9 continuing education credits.

EXHIBITORS:

Our wonderful exhibitors will be set up in Salons D&E; we rely on their support to be able to put on great meetings, so please stop by and say hello. Visit the vendors to be entered into one of two raffles for your chance to win a Bose Bluetooth speaker! There will be two lucky winners. The raffle will be held on Saturday after the lunch break.

PARKING: 

• Marriott and Embassy Suites overnight guests will be directed to the parking garage.
• Conference attendees who are not staying at the hotel may be directed to the 34th Street Parking Garage if the onsite parking garage is full.
• A shuttle should be available to transport attendees from the 34th Street Parking Garage to the Marriott.
• Parking fees are the responsibility of the attendee and will not be covered by the VPMA.
